The location is perfect, close to everything and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable for a good night's rest. The bathroom is clean and equipped with fresh towels. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast is amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. Bugs were found in drawers and running around behind pictures, leading to a very uncomfortable stay.

Bed was comfy, surprisingly quiet to have been directly in front of the elevator

Bathroom vanity had water damage and it needs repair - the room should not be rented in that condition

Cold a/c and a great breakfast. Was able to watch a better variety of TV than other places I have stayed . And the remote actually worked

The pool was not working .

I had a fantastic stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a restful night's sleep. The room was quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind. The buffet at breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was so close to everything. It was conveniently located near restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. Moreover, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent, providing a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff was kind.

The fourth floor where we stayed our entire hall smelled like Marijuana and the cops came and searched rooms. I requested for staff to spray the hall because the fumes were seeping under our door into the room. It was terrible.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The buffet was outstanding. The Internet was fast.

I did not like the business center. I could not use the printer on either computer that was available. However, the front desk person was very nice and helped print my document on her computer and printer. Also, the bagel was too hard.

Great Christmas Stay

The hotel had spacious rooms and comfortable beds, and the staff was always willing to help out with anything we needed. The breakfast was decent, with one day having gravy for biscuits, which made it feel like a true southern breakfast. the hotel was in a great location close to the university and all the holiday events, making it easy to get around town. we had a pleasant and enjoyable Christmas stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few negative ones. The workout room definitely needed updating, and the carpet in the room was not as clean as we would have liked.

Toilet is a little hard to flush and almost got stuck once & the extra blanket for bed was more like a throw....air wouldn't turn off so we got a little cold but I would stay there again

Called short notice for room, due to death in family. We were told there were no rooms available for our dates, however when I checked an online booking site, it indicated that three rooms were available. We booked the room through the booking site.
